NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered November 1, 2013, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain condominium parcel consisting of Unit No. 217, Phase III, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of SEAPOINTE TERRACE CONDOMINIUM recorded in O.R. Book 5293, Pages 975 through 1041, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 57, Pages 58 through 72, inclusive, as amended, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of December, 2013.
