NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-011317 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF SEPTEMBER 1, 2006 MASTR ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-NC2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC2, is the Plaintiff and LESLIE E. GUNTHER; KARL W. GUNTHER A/K/A LESLIE GUNTHER A/K/A KARL GUNTHER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB; VENETIAN ISLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on DECEMBR 3, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1. BLOCK 4, VENETIAN ISLES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGES 24 AND 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
