NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JUNE 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-006426-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5, is the Plaintiff and CESAR M. FIGUEROA A/K/A CESAR FIGUEROA; MAGDALENA CORTINAS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on DECEMBER 3, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 4, TAGARELLI'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 28, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
