NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 4, 2008, and entered in Case No. 07007320CI Section 20 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2002-A, ASSET-BACKED CERTFICATES, SERIES 2002-A, is the Plaintiff and PINELLAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; JAMES SANDERS; PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES SANDERS; DOLLY BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on DECEMBER 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT T-304, TARA BUILDING, DOLLY BAY, A VILLAGE ON LAKE TARPON, A CONDOMINIUM, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED BY THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5651 PAGE 915, AS RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL BOOK 5652 PAGE 1672 AND AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5678 PAGE 518 AND OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5687 PAGE 696, AND ACCORDING TO PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIM PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE 99, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
