NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the sale shall be held online by the Clerk of Court at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10 A.M. on December 9, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ROSQUES AND RECORDED IN DEED BOOK “D” ON PAGE 1000 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY USED TO BE PART, SAID LAND BEING IN SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
