NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2013, in Case No. 13-001808-CI, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein INXS V, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and Dan Tuskowski, Cyd Tuskowski, a/k/a Jessica Cyd Tuskowski, a/k/a Jessica C. Tuskowski, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for LendSource, Inc., Lendsource, Inc., and John Doe, n/k/a Dave Tuskowski, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 8th day of January, 2014, the following described property set forth in that certain Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2013:
Lot 4, Block 5, WASHINGTON TERRACE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 98, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
