NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-009456 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which PHH Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Deborah Reick, Bank of America, National Association, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 4th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
