NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52 2008 CA 014108 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which PNC Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Sharon K. Toston, First Franklin Financial a division of National City Bank of In., Sylvester L. Fordoms Jr., Unknown Spouse of Sharon K. Toston n/k/a Sylvester Fordoms, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 6th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 80 FEET OF LOT 19, BLOCK C, OF COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 43 AND 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
