NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2013, entered in Case No. 522009CA006089XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OA6 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA6 is the Plaintiff and Brian Thomas; Unknown Spouse of Brian Thomas; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for America's Wholesale Lender; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 2nd day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, UNIT 1, ISLAND ESTATES OF CLEARWATER, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
