YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, VC CPartners 25 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, seeking foreclosure of the real property described in the attached Exhibit A against you and you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to J. Marshall Moorhead, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
EXHIBIT A
Collectively, all of the following shall be known as the “Real Property.”
The East 23.75 feet of Lot 32, all of Lot 25, and the West 21.10 feet of Lot 24, HOLLIS' ULMERTON WOODS SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 33, page 72, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
This real property shall be known as the “Premises” within this Exhibit A.
Including the following:
- All hereditaments, appurtenances, and structures, buildings improvements of every kind and description now or hereafter on said Premises;
- All riparian and littoral rights, easements, rights, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights, and profits, water, water rights and water stock appurtenant to the land, and all fixtures, machinery, equipment, building, materials, appliances and goods of every nature whatsoever and now hereafter located in, or on, or used, or intended to be used in connection with the Premises
- All rents payable under any leases, any and all present and future contracts for deed, reservation agreements, purchase and sale agreements, or any other contractual right, written or verbal covering all or any part of the Premises, together with all present or future franchise agreements, operating licenses permits issued in connection with or otherwise related to operations on the Premises
