NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated November 5, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-010079 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 10th day of December, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 8, PLAT OF THE BRONX ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
