NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-007715, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and MICHAEL D. KOWITZ; DAURI P. KOWITZ; DAVID M. BLAKE; JENNIFER J. BLAKE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 3rd day of December 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

CORBETT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 74, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID PROPERTY MOVE NORTH 1°08'07” EAST, 134.20 FEET ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID PROPERTY; THENCE NORTH 89° 03'00” WEST 449.57 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 89°03' 00” WEST, 130.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0°57'00” EAST 134.00 FEET TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID PROPERTY THENCE SOUTH 89°03'00” EAST 130.00 FEET ALONG SAID BOUNDARY; THENCE SOUTH 0°57'00” WEST 134.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
