NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-014418-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-A8CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-H UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and ALAN R. EDWARDS; KIM E. EDWARDS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR THE CIT GROUP/CONSUMER FINANCE, INC; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on the 3rd day of December 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, LESS THE WESTERLY 10 FEET THEREOF PLUS THE WESTERLY 20 FEET OF LOT 15, BAYWOOD VILLAGE, SECTION 5, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGES 93 AND 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
