Final Judgment was awarded on July 30, 2013 in Civil Case No. 522010CA000607XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, is the Plaintiff, and, NAMKA AHMETOVIC; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PALM BEACH COUNTY FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA JAMES MOORE; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NKA MICHELLE CANDOR; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on December 2, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
