NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 30, 2013 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-006056, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and, DAVID I. JACOBS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID I. JACOBS N/K/A JANE DOE; SUNSTATE DIRECTORY, L.L.C., AS ASSIGNEE OF AGI PUBLISHING, INC. D/B/A ; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF THE COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on December 4, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
