NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 30, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2010-011266-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff, and, PENNY MULLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PENNY MULLER; BLUE WORLD POOLS, INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on December 4, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK V, OF FAIRLAWN PARK MANOR UNIT NO.2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 75 AND 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
