NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 6, 2013 and entered in Case No. 09-009932-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ARM TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN STRUZINSKI; EVELYN STRUZINSKI; ALFRED T THOMAS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/04/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE WEST 20 FEET OF LOT 11, AND ALL OF LOTS 12 AND 13, BLOCK E, BELMONT FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
