NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-004642-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Adrienne L Thomas also known as Adrienne Thomas, Dana B Thomas, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for America's Mortgage Broker, LLC, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Adrienne L Thomas also known as Adrienne Thomas, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 4th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
