That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 26, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Easements, Terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT EIGHTY, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 109, Pages 65 and 66, and as recorded in O.R. Book 7724, Pages 1293-1325, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on PHILIP D. Box 3511, Orlando, FL 32802-3511, email [email protected], within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
