You are notified that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, Ranchero Village Co-Op, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, seeking to terminate the occupancy and possessory rights of the defendant and to foreclose its lien against the following real and personal property:
Unit/Lot No. 1213 of RANCHERO VILLAGE CO-OP, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in O. R. Book 14878, Page 207, et seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with any and all amendments thereto (the “Master Agreement”), and as legally described in Exhibit “A” to said Master Agreement.
TOGETHER WITH that certain Membership Certificate Number 1213 issued by the Cooperative to Patricia M. Cochran evidencing her percentage interest in the Cooperative, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom.
The street address of the Property is Lot 1213, 7100 Ulmerton Road, Largo, Florida 33771, and the Parcel Identification Number of the Property is 07-30-16-73553-000-1213.
