YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to foreclose a mortgage on the following property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit 308B, Cordova Greens Condominium Phase IV, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Cordova Greens Condominium, and exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in Official Records Book 4330, Page 1447, inclusive, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 21, Page 119, inclusive, both of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon plaintiff's attorney, Michael A. Cohn, Esquire, whose address is 2600 McCormick Drive, Suite 100, Clearwater, Florida 33759, within 30 days of the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the AMENDED complaint or petition.
