NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 5, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-012379-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and MAROUN AKIKI; DEBRA AKIKI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR VERICREST FINANCIAL, INC.; HUNTER'S CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 01/07/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
