Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 12, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
the south 254.87 feet of the east 806.49 feet less the east 706.37 feet of the northwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of section 10, township 22 south, range 28 east, public records of orange county, florida. (less the south 30.01 feet for public roadway)
and commonly known as: 8401 starr dr, orlando, fl 32818; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on January 7, 2014 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
