NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of November, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-006828-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and PAUL A. HITALENKO FALCON, TRACE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., SOUTHCHASE-WEST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ANGELINA C. HITALENKO and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 10th day of December, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2 FALCON TRACE UNIT 9 ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 85 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
