NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 08, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-021513-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA, is Plaintiff, and DANIEL DENAULT A/K/A DANIEL B. DENAULT, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 22 AND 23 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF THE VACATED SOUTH 25 FEET OF DICKSON AVENUE LYING EAST OF LOT 23 OF BUFFS ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK K, PAGE(S) 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
