NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 9, 2013, in Case No. 2009-CA-016446 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit for Orange County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor By Merger With Amsouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Faroog John Abed A/K/A John Abed, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 9th day of December, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 147, Bella Notte At Vizcaya Phase Three, According To The Plat Thereof, As Recorded In Plat Book 52, Pages 19 Through 23, Of The Public Records Of Orange County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
