NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 8, 2013, in Case No. 2011-CA-14426-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit for Orange County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor By Merger With Amsouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Michael Spicer, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 13th day of December, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 20, Block 2, REPLAT OF PORTIONS OF MT. PLYMOUTH LAKES, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book “X”, Page 29 and 30, of the Public Records of ORange County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
