NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 5, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2012-CA-000459-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and DEREK STRONG; MARTHA LOPEZ STRONG; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; PALMA VISTA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITY OF ORLANDO; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 01/07/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
