NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 4, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-017997-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Sonia Woolfenden; Unknown Spouse of Sonia Woolfenden; CACH, LLC; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 10 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
