NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2013, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-021077-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP fka Countywide Home Loans Servicing LP is the Plaintiff and Michael D. Caylor; Roberto G. Acevedo; Unknown Spouse of Michael D. Caylor; Unknown Spouse of Roberto G. Acevedo; Washington Mutual Bank, a Federal Association; Abdiel Acosta; Yvonne Rosa; Windsong Community Association, Inc.; A&H Sprinklers, Inc.; Unknown Tenant # 1; Unknown Tenant # 2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 10th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, WINDSONG-ELIZABETH'S WALK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOK 43,PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
