Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order dated November 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-000547 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a the Bank of New York, As Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-4, Plaintiff and Cheryl L. Hynes a/k/a Cheryl Hynes and Robert F. Hynes a/k/a Robert Hynes, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on February 20, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgement, to-wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 2193, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 37, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 41 A, THRU 41 H, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
