NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment filed November 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-2012-CA-001241, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC (SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION) is Plaintiff, and MARVIN W. ROHLING, JR. A/K/A MARVIN ROHLING, JR.; NORMA J. ROHLING A/K/A NORMA ROHLING, are Defendant(s).
BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 21 day of February, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
L0T 191, BLOCK 1700 OF SECTION 54, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 68A THRU 68E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 5341 David Blvd, Port Charlotte, FL 33981.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
