NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 1, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 08-2011-CA-003893 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and EVERETTE C NEWCOMB; TRACY L NEWCOMB; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 30 day of december, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
