NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 004074 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2006-A6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-F UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MAY 1, 2006 is the Plaintiff and Timothy W. Blend, Unknown Spouse Of Timothy W. Blend, Kimberly C. Blend, Unknown Spouse Of Kimberly C. Blend, Palms At Palma Sola Homeowners Association, Inc., Unknown Tenant #1, Unknown Tenant #2, the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on December 6, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Palms At Palma Sola, According To The Plat Thereof, As Recorded In Plat Book 46, Pages 166 And 167, Of The Public Records Of Manatee County, Florida.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
