Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 5, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 25, BLOCK E, FRESH MEADOWS, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 47-50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 6210 61ST DRIVE EAST, PALMETTO, FL 34221-7011
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on December 10, 2013 beginning at 11:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
