NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 5, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-008002 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY J ZADAROSNI; SILVIA A ZADAROSNI; WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 6th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
