NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will on the 12th day of December 2013, at 11am Online at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Manatee County, Florida:
The North 145.50 feet of the following described property:
The South 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 32, Township 33 South, Range 18 East, Manatee County, Florida. Subject to Road Right-of-way on the East.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
