Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 30, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
THE SOUTH 0.67 FEET OF LOT 300 AND LOT 301, LESS THE SOUTH 6 FEET, FOREST CREEK, PHASES I AND IIA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 4904 FOREST CREEK TRL., PARRISH, FL 34219-1255
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on December 31, 2013 beginning at 11:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
