NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 004531, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and BRADLEY A. ROBINSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRADLEY A. ROBINSON; SUSAN H. STEWART F/K/A SUSAN H. BECKLEY; MARK W. STEWART; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 11th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, KENILWORTH AT THE COUNTRY CLUB, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
