NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated NOVEMBER 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009CA012011 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2002QS19, is the Plaintiff and TRACEY JAY OWINGS; C. IVAN STOLZFUS; TENANT #1 N/K/A TIMOTHY FINDLEY; TENANT #2 N/K/A JACQULINE FINDLEY; MONEYFL.COM, LLC A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; TENANT #3 N/K/A ALICIA FINDLEY are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on DECEMBER 10, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57, PINEWOOD VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 15 AND 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
