ALSO, BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 25; THENCE NORTH 25 FEET; THENCE EAST 160 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 25 FEET TO NORTH LINE OF LOT 25, THENCE WEST 160 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, AS PER RESOLUTION IN MIN BOOK 16, PAGE 312, G.C. WYATT'S ADDITION.
