NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 4, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-006291 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor in Interest by Purchase from the FDIC as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Plaintiff and Clifford J. Boltwood, III a/k/a Clifford J. Boltwood and Nancy L. Boltwood, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on December 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 33, HARBOUR LANDINGS ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 124 THROUGH 133, ACCORDING TO THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
