Notice is given that under a Final Judgment dated November 13, 2013, and in Case No. 2013-CC-1437 of the County Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which THE VILLAS OF HARRISON RANCH HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is plaintiff and PEGGY ROBERTS & ANY UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION, are the defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on December 13, 2013 the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:
Lot 504, HARRISON RANCE, PHASE IB, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 49, Pages 161 through 2044, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
