NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 13, 2013, entered in Case No. 0804647CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Bank of New York for the Benefit of Alternative Loan Trust 2007-0A2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-0A2 is the Plaintiff and Juan A. Lopez aka Juan Lopez; Ramira J. Lopez aka Ramira Lopez; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; Unknown Tenants/Owners; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 11 day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK E, SOUTH TAMIAMI HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 44 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
