notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-003959 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Peggy Lou Fulton, a/k/a Peggy L. Fulton, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on December 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PARCEL; THENCE NORTH 87° 18' 30” EAST, 301.85 FEET; THENCE NORTH 02° 41' 30” WEST, 161.13 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 87° 18' 30” WEST, 72.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 02° 41' 30” WEST, 35.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 87° 18' 30” EAST, 72.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 02° 41' 30” EAST, 35.00 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
BEARINGS ARE BASED ON THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 23, AS BEING SOUTH 89° 14' 53” WEST.
