Notice is given that pursuant to a final judgment dated November 12, 2013, in Case No. 12-CA-3579 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which STONEGATE BANK, is the Plaintiff and LINDNER REAL ESTATE INC., MARK L. LINDNER, MARK LINDNER, P.A., VICTORIA LEE HEILMAN and WINTERVIEW COURT II MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Third Floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, of the Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, at 11:00 am on December 9, 2013, the following described property set forth in the order of final judgment:
Unit 1, Building 3, Winterview Court II, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2649, Page 369, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
