Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 12, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 314, BUILDING NO. 3, VERANDA I AT PRESTWICK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2259, PAGE 1360 THROUGH 1417, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier Couty Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on December 11, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
