NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the following real estate described as:
Lot 1673, REGENCY PARK, UNIT 6-A, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 60-61 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
will be sold at public sale to the highest and best bidder, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 12th day of December, 2013.
