NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-003980-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-21 is the Plaintiff and Robin M. Higgins, Unknown Spouse Of Robin M. Higgins, Bank Of America, the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on December 11, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 358, The Lakes, Unit Three, According To The Plat Thereof, As Recorded In Plat Book 18, Pages 20 Through 22, Of The Public Records Of Pasco County, Florida.
