NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-002678-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-5, is the Plaintiff and DONALD J. MACHOVOE; RHONDA MACHOVOE A/K/A RHONDA L. DAVIDSON-MACHOVOE; VALENCIA GARDENS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL SYSTEM FLORIDA, INC.; THE RYLAND GROUP, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROLYN L. MACHOVOE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on DECEMBER 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 383, VALENCIA GARDENS PHASE THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 36-42 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
